Where are you located?

the tiny parade is based in Devon in the UK.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

No, the shop is only online.

Where do you ship?

We only ship within the UK.

How will my order be sent to me?

Royal Mail 48 Tracked

When will I receive my order?

When you place your order, I pick and pack it and send it within two days (but mostly the same day). I then send it to you using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Contact me on thetinyparade@hotmail.com or the contact form on the website and if your order hasn't already been sent to you we can alter the order. Don't worry if it's already on the way - I accept returns of items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (return postage covered by the customer)

How do you choose toys to stock?
We stock beautiful, design-led toys which are perfect for open ended and make believe play. They also make wonderful gifts because they are all special toys that children will play with again and again. We stock our favourite brands including Olli Ella, Senger-Naturwelt, Moulin Roty, Ostheimer, Grapat and lots of gorgeous illustrated story books.

What ages are the toys you stock for?

Most of the soft toys are suitable from birth (see individual listings and labels) and we stock toys suitable for babies, toddlers and children from 0 to around 10 years (although there's no age limit on who can enjoy our toys!)
